Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of uo99, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses any part of the uo99 website or services. Use of the platform signifies unconditional acceptance of these terms and any future amendments we may publish.

uo99 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use uo99 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information at all times.
• Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and funds forfeited.
• You must not be accessing uo99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

uo99 may carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or suspension. We process all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

uo99 supports a range of convenient payment methods suited to players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and all major cities. The following policies apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. We accept deposits via the following methods:

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request. uo99 aims to process all approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals may be subject to a minimum threshold of ৳500 and a maximum of ৳500,000 per transaction, subject to change at uo99's discretion. Incomplete KYC, suspected fraud, active bonuses with pending wagering requirements, or any breach of these terms may delay or void a withdrawal request.

Bonuses and Promotions

uo99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement (rollover). Failure to meet the rollover before the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and apply only to the player's account for which they were issued.
• uo99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer without prior notice if abuse or exploitation is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per household, device, IP address, or shared payment method.

Participation in promotions constitutes acceptance of the specific terms attached to each promotion. uo99 may publish separate promotion-specific T&C pages from time to time. Bangladeshi players are encouraged to review active promotions in their account dashboard.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uo99 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any form of cheating during gameplay, including the use of bots, scripts, or automated betting systems.
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing account credentials with other individuals.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or technical faults to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

uo99 is strongly committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. We believe gambling should be an entertaining activity enjoyed within safe personal limits.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they are experiencing gambling-related harm may request a self-exclusion from uo99 at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion will be applied within 24 hours of a confirmed request and will remain active for the period selected (minimum 30 days).

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period. Intellectual Property

All content on the uo99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of uo99 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of uo99 content without written consent.
• Using uo99 branding, trademarks, or service marks for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from any uo99 software or service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uo99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses attributable to technical failures, game malfunctions, communication errors, or scheduled maintenance downtime.

uo99 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We continuously work to ensure service reliability and SSL-secured data handling for all users.

Account Suspension and Termination

uo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this agreement, including providing false registration details or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent behaviour, identity theft, or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC procedures within the stipulated timeframe.

Players whose accounts are terminated following a confirmed breach of terms will forfeit all remaining balances, including any bonus funds or pending withdrawals. Players who close their accounts voluntarily while in good standing will have genuine real-money balances returned through their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Privacy and Data Protection

Disputes and Complaints

• uo99 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
• All disputes relating to the outcome of a game or sporting event must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event conclusion.
• uo99's decision on any dispute is final and binding, subject to the resolution process described above.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of uo99 to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Force Majeure

uo99 shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, power outages, internet disruptions, or any other extraordinary events.

During any force majeure event, uo99 will make reasonable efforts to communicate service status updates to affected players via our official channels and will work to restore full service as quickly as possible.
